Healthy Baby, Healthy You

Did you know that babies can start developing memories as early as 30 weeks in utero? Brain development is rapid during this period and smart choices today will nourish your baby’s development as well as your postpartum health. This class will not only cover pre-natal nutrition and wellness needs, but also review food safety, pre-eclampsia and gestational diabetes. Come learn how you can ensure the healthiest start for you and your baby. Food samples and recipes provided.

Presenter: Karrie Bach RD, Certified Childhood Obesity Counselor. Karrie is a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience helping children and families. As a presenter for Healthy Learning Paths she encourages questions and family attendance.

She has taught parenting classes, seminars for professionals, and written books on the topic of sensory processing. She currently has a private practice in the area of pediatrics. FREE.
